Performance Evaluation Statistical Reports

The peformance Evaluation statistical reports consists of both dynamic and static reports. The first two reports viz. inspection results w.r.t. Deficiencies and Inspection results w.r.t. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are dynamic and remaining reports (Sr. No. 3 to 11) are in the .pdf format. The following list provides information on previous IOMOU Committee meeting on port State control.

Performance Evaluation Statistical Reports

1 Inspection results w.r.t. Deficiencies (No. of Deficiencies and No. of Detainable Deficiencies)
  • Based on 5 year data of PSC Inspections carried out in Indian Ocean Region
  • Input Parameters : Year, Month, Ship Flag, Ship Type, Deficiency Categories (Groups), Deficiencies.
  • Parameter Selection : Select either all selectable items OR select them in combination or separately i.e. selection of any combination is possible.
  • Tabular Reports : Displays top 20 Deficiencies (Detainable & Non-Detainable) based on inputs selected
  • Graphical Representation : Stacked Bar Chart ( X-axis : Deficiency Name, Y-axis : No. of Deficiencies)
2 Inspection results w.r.t. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Based on 5 year data of PSC Inspections carried out in Indian Ocean Region
  • Input Parameters : Year, Month, Ship Flag, Ship Type, RO.
  • Parameter Selection : Select either all selectable items OR select them in combination or separately i.e. selection of any combination is possible.
  • Tabular Reports : Displays values of 7 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on inputs selected
  • Graphical Representation : Bar Chart ( X-axis : KPIs, Y-axis : No. of Inspections)
3 Yearly Inspections, Deficiencies and Detentions Port State Inspections carried out by member authorities of IOMOU.
4 Top 5 Categoriesof Deficiencies Reported   
  • Displays year-wise list of top 5 Categories of deficiencies reported and its %age from 2018 to 2022
5 Top 5 Deficiencies Reported   
  • Displays year-wise list of top 5 Deficiencies reported and its %age from 2018 to 2022
6 Top 20 Deficiencies with LargestDeviations Reported   
  • Top 20 Deficiencies Reported with Largest Deviations in last 3 years(2020, 2021, 2022) in tabular and graphical format
7 Analysis of usage of Deficiency code ending with 99 (i.e. Others - xxx99)   
  • Usage of Deficiency Code ending with 99 (i.e. Others - xxx99) in last 3 years (2020, 2021, 2022) in tabular and graphical format
8 Analysis of number of inspections with deficiencies but without ISM deficiencies   
  • Displays year-wise count of number of Inspections with ISM & Non-ISM Deficienciesfrom 2018 to 2022 along with its graphical representation
9 Analysis of deficiencies and possible action taken during a year   
  • Displays year-wise list of Deficienciesreported along with possible action taken from 2018 to 2022 along with its graphical representation
10 Number of inspections with zero deficiencies   
  • Displays year-wise count of Number of Inspections with no Deficiency & with Deficienciesfrom 2018 to 2022 along with its graphical representation
11 Member Authority-wise Number of inspections with zero deficiencies   
  • Displays Member Authority-wise count of Number of Inspections with zero deficiencies & with deficienciesfrom 2018 to 2022 along with graphical representation of eachmember authority
